This data is processed only to operate the engagement you requested, is governed by the service agreement (and, where applicable, a data processing addendum) for that engagement, and is not used for any unrelated purpose. Your CRM remains your system of record, and you retain ownership of your business and customer data.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Imagine AI Accelerator, we may send you automated SMS text messages at the phone number you provide. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-up communications, service updates, and other business-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and inquiry status. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications, or reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
