Some engagements — including the free Pilot and the Accelerator system — involve Imagine AI Accelerator sending text, email, and AI-assisted voice messages to leads and contacts in a customer's own CRM, on that customer's behalf. This is separate from the opt-in above, which governs messages we send to you about your own inquiry.
For that outreach, the customer is responsible for the underlying consent. Before any messaging begins, the customer must warrant that it has the lawful authority and any required consent to contact those leads, and that our outreach on its behalf complies with applicable law (including the TCPA and carrier requirements). This is a prerequisite of the Pilot and is set out in the applicable service agreement or data processing addendum. All such messages still honor STOP and HELP.
