Imagine AI Accelerator provides AI architecture, engineering, advisory, and educational services to individual professionals, businesses, and organizations across industries. Engagements are organized into nine service categories: AI Audit (diagnostic engagements producing a written report and review call), Coaching (one-to-one and team-based educational engagements), MCP Build (custom Model Context Protocol integration engagements), Nebula Build (knowledge-base build engagements), Studio Build (vertical template build engagements, including the Accelerator template for demand-generation and lead-management workflows), AI Concierge (recurring live-build retainer engagements in which we build AI systems with you on a monthly cadence), Fractional Agent Maestro (ongoing architectural retainer engagements), Paid Trial (Studio system evaluation engagements), and Pilot (a no-cost, time-limited evaluation in which we connect to your existing CRM and work a limited set of your real leads; the Pilot period itself carries no fee and is distinct from the Paid Trial). Services are delivered according to the terms of each engagement, as outlined in individual service agreements.

You agree to use Imagine AI Accelerator services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You may not use our services to transmit spam, engage in fraudulent activity, harass any person, violate any third-party rights, or interfere with the operation of our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

If you choose to opt in to text messaging, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Imagine AI Accelerator at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and inquiry status. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications, or reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.

The Pilot is offered at no cost for the defined pilot period; it does not require payment. Any continuation, build, or subscription that follows a Pilot is quoted separately and governed by its own service agreement. Paid Trial and build engagements require payment as outlined in the signed service agreement. Subscription services are billed monthly per seat at the rate specified in your agreement. All fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to service suspension. Refund policies are governed by individual service agreements.

All content, software, tools, designs, and materials provided by Imagine AI Accelerator remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. You retain ownership of your data and business information. Custom deliverables created during engagements are governed by the terms of each service agreement.

Imagine AI Accelerator provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Imagine AI Accelerator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
